How to Return an Anthem Connect Router – Easy as 1,2,3!

  1. Communicate with our Customer Care team about your cancellation of service, or defective equipment.  Please call:  943-230-3099
  2. Our team will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ensure that your equipment gets to us.
  3. Make sure that you ship the router back within 2 weeks to ensure no further fees are applied to your account. 

Router Troubleshooting Tip for if your Internet is not Working:

Step 1: Check Your ONT (Fiber Box)

  1. Locate your ONT (the small box where the fiber cable comes into your home).
  2. Make sure it has power (check that the power cord is plugged in and outlet is working).
  3. Look at the lights:
  • Power Light → Should be solid green.
  • Fiber/Optical Light → Should be solid green.
  • Alarm/Fail Light → If red, call support immediately.

Step 2: Check Your Router

  1. Make sure the router is plugged into the ONT correctly (Ethernet cable firmly in place).
  2. Confirm the router is plugged into power and turned on.
  3. Check the router lights:
  • Power Light → Should be solid.
  • WAN/Internet Light → Should be solid or blinking.
  • Wi-Fi Lights → Should be on (blinking when in use).

Step 3: Restart Your Equipment

  1. Unplug the router from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
  2. Wait 2–3 minutes for it to reboot.
  3. If still down, unplug the ONT from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
  4. Wait for ONT lights to turn green before testing internet again.

Step 4: Check Your Devices

  1. Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  2. If using a wired connection, check the Ethernet cable is secure.
  3. Restart your device to refresh the connection.
